1. What This Policy Covers

It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes the personal data we process and your rights under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the LGPD (Brazil, Law 13.709/2018).

4. Your Choice
On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, decline the non-essential ones, or configure them by category. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept. To change your choice later, clear the "apuana_cookie_consent" item in your browser storage (or all site data) and reload the page — the banner will appear again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site, such as the language selection.
5. Third-Party Services
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC as our processor, and may involve transfers outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and outside Brazil under Art. 33 of the LGPD. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
